I want to install only office but they don’t have a zip file / normal hosting but do have one .sh file

ik wil only office instaleren maar die hebben geen zip file / normale hosting maar wel een sh file

I think you want to install: https://helpcenter.onlyoffice.com/i

But you you probally want to use a server without running Hestia. I can’t promise it will work if you install next to it as it will install conficting config and other services

I mainly use my server for websites, but I also want some that can’t install in the normal way but through the console with a sh script

Probally the best thing you can do is to run it in an docker at least then it is fully separated…
