Outlook smtp blacklist

some of my clients get this message

bdd.com.au gave this error:
Decision Engine classified the mail item was rejected because of IP Block (from outbound normal IP pools) → 550 Rejected because 40.107.107.122 is in a black list at bl.spamcop.net;Blocked - see SpamCop.net - Blocking List ( bl.spamcop.net )

Now straight off the mark I am not a spammer - might max out at 5 emails a day The listed IP is microsofts not mine. Question is does Hestia run spamcop by default I didnt install the virus scanner or the junk email scanner If it is run by my server how do I disable?? Or is an outlook exchange thing? Anyone else having this drama over the last few months?

PS I dont care if people spam me. I forward everything to google and it filters brilliantly. I like to collect all emails (spammers included) as google likes to know who they are.

Yes, Hestia does. Exim4 (mail server) uses two block lists to reject mails from listed ips. The lists are; bl.spamcop.net and zen.spamhaus.org

If you want to remove spamcop, edit file /etc/exim4/dnsbl.conf, remove bl.spamcop.net, save the file and restart exim.

systemctl restart exim4

Thankyou so much for your speedy reply Done!! Hopefully I can get all my emails now. Spamcop got pretty vicious on Outlook servers. Mind you no real exuse for hosting the Nigerian Prince on the same IP as a Government email address. I just cant be stuck between
