I have a user reported saying that my panel isn’t working. I have checked and it was indeed not loading but websites are all working ok.
After doing a systemctl restart hestia, it loads.
But it happened again reported by the same customer.
So I questioned him what was he doing when this happens. He told me that he is issuing Let’s Encrypt then it hangs.
I tried it myself on his domain and confirmed. After issuing, it just hangs and the whole panel hangs.
So upon further investigation in his logs, I noticed these
“Added certificate and enabled SSL”
5 times in the last 2 hours before he reported the issue.
As I understand, Let’s encrypt is not unlimited and issuing will fail after multiple times with an error message.
Can anybody concur on this one so I can confirm with the customer if he had added and SSL and deleted afterwards?
