PHPMyAdmin Error config.inc.php not readable

After the last hestia update, I can no longer access PHPMyAdmin. I get this error:

# phpMyAdmin - Error

Existing configuration file (/etc/phpmyadmin/config.inc.php) is not readable.

How do I fix this?

That is weird, show the output of this:

ls -la /etc/phpmyadmin/
