Phpmyadmin getting redirection errors

each time i try to access phpmyadmin
i am getting " The page isn’t redirecting properly"

the url looks like this
https://panel.mydomian.com/pma/ (this is the domain of the panel )

if i change the url to myuserdomian.com/pma i get error 500 Internal Server Error

(webmail is working fine)
any thoughts

had a complete homer simpson moment here, figuered out the solution.

was trying to access the phpmyadmin on user 2 domian
