When i want to assign Dedicated IP from a user.

In admin → network → select IP → Assigned User not show users in drop-down list is empty.

I see in the nginx logs this

"PHP message: PHP Warning:  foreach() argument must be of type array|object, null given in /usr/local/hestia/web/templates/pages/edit_ip.php on line 58"

Any help would be very appreciated.
