But looking like your files you have upgraded your server you need to go trough all files and remove the # infront the [deb xxxxx]
And update bionic to focal or jammy (run lsb-release -a first and check the codename value:)
Remove the # only on the first line
Update the same for all other files
After that apt-update && apt-upgrade
And then run v-add-web-php 8.1
And then run v-add-web-php 8.1 < It didn’t take anymore
