Problem with DKIM, SPF and Dmarc

Hello, do you have any reliable websites or tools for generating DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records? Some servers treat my Hestie-generated messages as spam, and I get responses like the one in the image.

I am sending the domain settings

In Cloudflare, you added the DKIM info to the wrong place. You added it to your base domain webdesign-studio.com.pl but you must add it to mail._domainkey.webdesign-studio.com.pl subdomain record.

DMARC and SPF is correctly added.

Could you show me how to add it correctly so I don’t make a mistake?

In Name field remove the base domain and add mail._domainkey

Thanks for your help. I think my email will be working normally now. Now I have to wait 24 hours?

You’re welcome.

No, it should work now.

However, after sending the email I received this reply:

You should create a PTR record for your current public IP that resolves to the same hostname your mail server uses to identify itself, in this case webdesign-studio.com.pl.

Note: The PTR record must be created on your hosting side, not Cloudflare.

You can also test your mail server using this site:

so this ptr record would have to be added by the hosting provider, right

Yes, but usually you should be able to change it through the control panel provided by your hosting company.

Unfortunately, I can’t because they also added revdns to me, I don’t have that option.

Sorry, I don’t understand what you mean.

I wanted to write that my hosting provider did not provide these options in the panel, such as adding prt and revdns records, I just have to write a ticket and they will add it.

The second command should return webdesign-studio.com.pl but it returns nothing.

❯ dig webdesign-studio.com.pl +short
83.168.108.58
❯ dig -x 83.168.108.58 +short

Example of an IP with a PTR configured:

❯ dig mail.hestiacp.com +short
116.203.78.202
❯ dig -x 116.203.78.202 +short
web02.hestiacp.com.

Your hosting provider didn’t add the PTR record for your IP. You should contact them about this.
