Receiving Email Problem (Exim4)

Hello,
I’m using debian 12.
I have strange behavior of exim4 when receiving email.
Email coming from gmail and yahoo received succesfully in seconds.
But email from local domain take too long to arrived. Sometime failed.

Here is the exim4 log:
2024-11-18 23:08:11 TLS error on connection from (mx4.pajak.go.id) [103.28.106.91] (recv): Error in the pull function.

2024-11-18 23:08:11 TLS error on connection from (mx4.pajak.go.id) [103.28.106.91] (send): The specified session has been invalidated for some reason.
2024-11-18 23:08:11 TLS error on connection from (mx4.pajak.go.id) [103.28.106.91] (recv): The specified session has been invalidated for some reason.

Please help me with this issue.

Hi @aguspajak

Those messages look like the one closing the connection is the mx4.pajak.go.id mail server. Also, if you can receive mails from other providers, maybe the problem is on pajak side. Maybe they consider your server’s ip is in a blocklist, or they don’t like your TLS options or your certificate… Also, if you don’t receive always the same error message, i.e. some mails are arriving then maybe, as I said, the problem is not on your side.
