Maybe I didn’t explain it very well but you need to remove one of those helo_data
I said two because I also have another section remote_forwarded_smtp where you should modify helo_data too but seems your conf doesn’t use it so just remove one of the helo_data lines in section remote_smtp and restart exim.

i must change it manually every time
