Hi, so I terminated the old instance and booted into a new one.
Install process was fine everything is fine in ssh. But I can’t load the page on port 8083. Port 80 and 443 works fine tho.
The port should be open, but it isn’t.

Maybe hestia has port 8083 open but your server provider has it closed. Ask the hosting company.
Does the machine have a name such as server1.yourdomain.com ?
Does the DNS record point to server1.yourdomain.com?
How do you know that the port 8083 is closed? I see that nmap says it is open.
So ask your hosting provider if they can open that port or change the port to an open one.
