Remove blacklist filtering for single account

Hello,

I have a client who would like to have his account allow all emails (no black list rejecting)

In the exim mainlog I have entired where emails get reject because they are in a black list.

Example: Rejected because 81.161.229.54 is in a black list at bl.spamcop.net

He wants these to be delivered anyways. Is there a way to set this up per account?
