Removing Bind from Hestia

I find that I accidentally installed bind on a hestia server a couple of years ago. I normally don’t install it, and use external DNS instead. Recently it started fighting with resolv.conf and would have periodic failures to resolve domains, including itself!

I decided to get rid of bind. I’ve disabled the service and resolution is now working. I’ll probably ‘apt remove’ the binaries in the near future. Is there anything I need to do on the Hesita end of things?
I found DNS_SYSTEM=‘bind9’ in $HESTIA/conf/hesita.conf and changed it to DNS_SYSTEM=‘’

Is that all I need to do?

As fat as I know that’s it.

it is indeed, you still could uninstall the package if you want - but doesnt use much ressources.
