Baiscly, you could do it, yes. But to be honest, we do not suggest this modification - better use the integrated way over exim.

I have managed to integrate these still using exim and default installed versions
Rspamd (and gui link in Hestia menu),
Dovecot using imap sieve and email pipe to Rspamd
Other than those have added
Brotli support into Nginx
Webp support in php gd
