Requires shutdown Directive Open_basedir

I’m tired of openbazedir, please help me create a template.

Hello dear colleagues!
I have a huge wish, I ask for help, whoever can.
I wanted to install software that requires OpenBasedir to open.
I adjust this setting in the PHP settings file for the domain.

But every time this file is updated, this file is rewritten, and everything starts in a new circle. It already shook concretely.

There is a brief remark in the manual, in between times, like this
do, but I find it difficult to understand.
Tried to create a template several times. Dead end.

Maybe this problem can be solved in another way

Rename to nobbles-PHP-8_0.tpl and save in /usr/local/hestia/data/templates/web/php-fpm

And change in web settings
