Reset / reinstall hestia

Weird, I installed Hestia and never got the ‘Congratulations!’ and login info.
The installation hung for a little and then Putty froze. I need a solution to reset,
or reinstall. I have tried using apt remove Hestia and trying a new install but it doesn’t work.

Reinstall the operating system would be the fastest and cleanest way.

I use Ubuntu Linux on an oracle instance with a site-to-site VPN configured.

Any help on how I can reinstall the operating system without deleting and recreating the server instance?

is it production vps? if not so same as @Raphael told you
