Restoring vestacp to hestiacp

Currently, I am using Vestacp for my server with the following specifications:
PHP version: 5.4.16
mysql Ver 15.1 Distrib 5.5.68-MariaDB
Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) OpenSSL/1.0.1e-fips mod_fcgid/2.3.9 PHP/5.4.16
phpMyAdmin version: 4.4.15.10

Can I restoring to Hestiacp?
