Roundcube cant save contact in backup

Hi,

I maked a full backup for the user and then restore it to another server. All emails are there, but the contacts folder for that email is empty.

Is it a bug?

We currently store the contacts in the “roundcube” database and not linked to a “new” database linked to the owner …

It would be good if it was related to the user. Some users have very important contacts on the list. And then the backup doesn’t do a full job.
I hope you separate them in the future.

I have the same problem, after server changed and restore full user backup, all contacts and signatures lost!

May you please tell how can I backup these data also?

I had a backup from the old server, I didn’t delete it, and then I restored the contacts manually.
