Is there any tool to scan sftp accounts or servers for viruses? I suspect that my server has been infected, and exactly one account has been infected, please help.
Is clamav installed on your server?

Is there a reason you dont just scan with clamscan?
I didn’t know I had it in hestiacp
The clamscan application is part of the clamav package. If it doesn’t meet your needs, you can always look into the other package recommended above.
It meets my requirements because I have already scanned it and found 3 viruses on the web server
