Site Only stays up for 30-40 mins

My friend helped set up my HestiaCP server, and I’ve been experiencing an issue where my site only stays up for about 35-40 minutes before I have to restart PHP 7.4-FPM. I’ve made some changes, but the problem persists. I don’t usually modify these kinds of settings, so I’m not sure what might be causing this. The error I’m seeing is an ‘Internal Server Error’ (500), along with a message saying:

‘Oops! Something went wrong. The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.’

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this

you’ll need to check your server logs to find out why it’s crashing. Without them, it could be “all”.

My friend usually does all that but can you tell me how to get to it and check to see. I think he checked it but didnt say much.
