Slow download using backup option in Hestia

I’m doing a download using the backup option in the hestia panel and the download is around 200K when I host a file on the same server I can download at 30MB/S I tested with wget both download and upload are normal, the server is without any load the attack at the time!

The only change was to change from 2 to 4 backups as I have a lot of free space!
I tested from another ISP, same problem!
I’ve already restarted the server too!

The download via hestia sucks due to the fact /backup/ folder it self Is not directly public availble for some good reasons…
