SMTP: 599 EOF. Return to Sender

Hello.
I am able to receive emails fine, but I cannot send to outlook or gmail.

When I hit send in Roundcube it gets stuck in Message Queue for some time, then Mail Delivery System sends me email saying:
“Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender”

Action: failed
Final-Recipient: rfc822;[xxxxx.x@gmail .com]
Status: 5.0.0
Remote-MTA: dns; gmail-smtp-in.l.google .com
Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 599 EOF

This is outlook log:

EDIT: but work with yahoo mail.

I tried reinstalling Server OS.
I have 8.2/10 score in mail-tester.com

What could I be missing?
Thanks.

Probally your ip / domain is on a block list for spam. First one is more likely

ip is clean… as per mxtoolbox blacklist :frowning:

had this ip for a while, problem started few months ago. before that it was okay.

What makes it 8,2 instead of 9,5/10?

I get bad score in “Your message could be improved”

missing List-Unsubscribe header etc.

List-Unsubscribe should not be needed for non mailing lists

Trying to get a new IP from my Service Provider

Received a new IP from my host.
New IP like the old IP is 100% clean on mxtoolbox. But they are both on the same block.

But getting same result. Not working with Outlook and Gmail, 599 EOF error. But works with Yahoo and other SMTP.

Okay you have to email them to get delisted.

It is a pain in the ass.

That’s why I don’t mix mail servers with mail servers.

Got a new IP in the same block from my VPS Host, 100% clean on mxtoolbox. but didn’t work, same error.

Then got a new VPS (new hardware) from my VPS Host, with another new IP but in different block this time, 100% clean on mxtoolbox. but didn’t work either, same error.

what is wrong :frowning:

DNS records set up correctly?

Try the delist. It is maybe your provider who has many IPS banned

As it also happens on VestaCP

It is not “Hestia” issue

RDNS setup correctly?
HELO working?
DNS records correct?

Yes, I used VestaCP around 5 years (same VPS Host as now) without any problem. This issue only started few months ago, so was also trying HestiaCP.

But I think I am gonna stick to HestiaCP from now on. Previous server was running CentOS 7.6, current one is running Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.

As far as I know, there is no issue with Hostname, rDNS or DNS. But feel free to checkup. my IP and Hostname are mentioned in the screenshot from mxtoolbox below:
