Your distro is Ubuntu 22.04 jammy but you have repositories for Ubuntu focal and Debian bullseye. You have also duplicated repos for the same packages but using different distro/version. You must fix your repositories.

I changed my repos with new ones for ubuntu 22.04 jammy. Ant then I installed php8.x-intl packages. I have solved the problem. But spamhaus still continue to reject gmail mails. Temporarly I will disable it, I will use just “bl.spamcop.net”. Do you know another free option?

apt install php8.2-intl php8.3-intl php8.4-intl

Edit: I have added gmail ip adresses to whitelist and this provides pass of spamhouse control for gmail adresses. (note: this list may be changed in the future). Also I re enabled spamhouse in /etc/exim4/dnsbl.conf file

/etc/exim4/white-blocks.conf

then run these commands

sudo update-exim4.conf
sudo systemctl restart exim4

However, if Spamhaus believes that you’re still using an open resolver, emails from other providers may still be rejected.
