SSL on main hostname and IP not working

Hi, newb so excuse learning protocol.
Hestia CP installed v1.5.13, on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS, on Hetzner Cloud.
All was working well with access to cp via IP address 5.161.XX.YY log in no problem.
Came back next day after setting up domain name: pdqsoftware.com.au with Cloudflare, all ok.
Changed Hestia PORT to 2083 as suggested for Cloudflare.
No matter what I try I can not establish SSL via Lets Encrypt. Not Secure - NET::ERR_CERT_INVALID and I’m so over typing THISISUNSAFE to get to the site.
Please? Anyone? any suggestions or point to the right direction.
I have checked with https://letsdebug.net/ and the domain name shows ALL OK.
In fact IF I browse to https://pdqsoftware.com.au – without a port (default 80 or 443 of course) the domain name is FINE!
It’s just when I add the port number to the end!
Thank you,
Edward

Run the command v-add-letsencrypt-host

If it doesn’t work:

/usr/local/hestia/bin/v-add-letsencrypt-host

Thank you @eris.
FIXED!

Running /usr/local/hestia/bin/v-add-letsencrypt-host. resulted in:

Error: Web alias cp.pdqsoftware.com.au exists
Error: web domain cp.pdqsoftware.com.au doesn’t exist

I removed that silly ALIAS, added a Web Domain : cp.pdqsoftware.com.au

And re-ran /usr/local/hestia/bin/v-add-letsencrypt-host. Bingo! Fixed.
Thank you Eris.

We run a few checks if the domain allready exists as it might run in issues …
