This could be due to your ulimit. Is this a vps?
ulimit -a
Back to the ssl issue, can you give this another try? ipv6 is not showing up.

One could say, Yes? it’s Linode, it’s like AWS, or Digital Ocean, where you choose between several options.
At this moment v-update-letsencrypt-ssl is running, it has been running for about 10 minutes, is that normal?

It depends how many certificates needed to be renewed. If there are a lot it can take some time
