Stock Install both U22.04lts and D12

Hello

I try to install hestiacp for both Ubuntu and D12 but it’s always stock on Installing phpMyAdmin version v5.2.1 i try to wait like 20 to 30min still the same ?

I had similar problem.
Please try to install on a fresh install of Ubuntu or Debian 12.
