Stupid Question about mySQL db in hestia

Hello, I have a stupid question.

If i change password to database in hestia panel for my wordpress website.

Can it broke smth?

I forgot my passwd to db and want to change it and save.

There are no stupid questions :slightly_smiling_face:

If by “smth” you mean SMTP, then no, that won’t be a problem.

Changing the database password in Hestia will only affect the applications that use that database, and neither Exim nor Dovecot use a database, so no worries.

Keep in mind that if you change the password, you must reconfigure your WordPress site to use the new one.

but could you please clarify where do i need to reconfigure WordPress site to use the new one because I thought it will be done automatically
