The CRON section of the admin user is empty

I want to disable the v-backup-users cron task, but the CRON section of the admin user is empty.

In the /var/spool/cron/crontabs/hestiaweb file, all these tasks are registered, and backups are created, but the file is not editable.

What should I do?
