The e-mail does not reach my inbox

Hi! I’m done with email setup.
I have exim4. The problem arises when I want to collect my mail. Emails from gmail do not arrive, while from other e-mail it is ok.

I checked exim4 / var / log / exim4 / mainlog

I am using the free Lets Encrypt. There is a generated key, so I don’t know what’s going on.

All e-mails that I send from roundcube to: google, hotmail are sent.

the problem is that I don’t have any special characters in the server name. It is subdomain sub.domain.com

I have already found the solution. There was a problem with cloudflare.
subdomains like mail.domain.com webmail.domain.com pop.domain.com smtp.domain.com DNS cannot be proxided.
I leave it here, maybe someday this information will be useful to someone.
