“Hi. Strange… I installed v1.8.11 on two servers about 2 hours ago, Debian 12.6 and Ubuntu 22.04 without any problems, and everything seems stable and fine. I also installed v1.9.0~alpha on Ubuntu 24.04, and it is also okay. All installations are on clean servers.” 
So there was a previous install. I’d search how to uninstall hestia then try again
EDIT - well apparently there isnt a proper uninstall. I assume the expectation is that hestia is installed on a fresh server so the entire server can just be reinstalled from scratch. I could be mistaken though
