Time Zone Not Showing correctly with Local Time

I’ve using 1 (One) nginx + php-FPM and 1 (One) Apache with nginx as Backend,
i dont change default time Zone from any Server, on Apache its showing right time (also showing correct My Local Time)…

But on nginX+php-FPM its showing wrong time from my local time on my php script…
When my local time is 8.30AM, on my PHP Script its Showing 02.17.14AM

Sync your server time with any NTP server.
