To enter via FTP I have to disable CSF, can it be solved?

In order to get into FTP I have to disable CSF, the CSF setting is the default, is there any chance I can solve this without having to disable CSF?

I had forgotten that I have a fixed IP, I have changed it in the white list and everything works correctly.
