The reason for this error is that you have not added domain name IP resolution for the x382.hostinx.ru domain. The certificate cannot be issued. You need to add the secondary domain name of x382 to the domain name.

He can’t because the package the user is using doesn’t allow to add more dns records/zones.
@llord2792 as @Raphael and @yunli said, create a new user and add that domain to that user, the user will use the default package and you shouldn’t have a ny problem to add it. Or you should create a new package raising the dns limits and assign it to admin user.

The certificate domain is displayed as a single domain name certificate, not a universal domain certificate. You can pay to issue a universal domain certificate
He can issue a certificate just for the host and if by universal you mean a wildcard certificate, there is no need to pay to get one.
