Is your issue fixed already?

Hi

Sorry for the very delayed response.
Unfortunately, it still does not work.
I have put in the correct info in the DNS records.
And in my control panel at Zoho, it says DKIM is verified and SPF Verification completed successfully.

I am no longer getting the error I mentioned but I am still not getting any emails

What is the name of the company where you have bought your server?

At my server ports were blocked 25, 587 - even if the providers says they were open. After 5 days of arguing, they told me it was mistake at their company and the ports were not open.

I am with digital ocean

I did this

nc -vz smtp.gmail.com 25

nc: connect to smtp.gmail.com port 25 (tcp) failed: Connection timed out
Connection to smtp.gmail.com 25 port [tcp/smtp] succeeded!

Can you try to connect to smtp via telnet? (google it how)
