Update the certificate for Mail manually in the terminal

Hi all, I know how to update the domain certificate manually in the terminal, but I don’t understand how to update the certificate for mail in the terminal, for example, I have a domain v-add-letsencrypt-domain user angellive.ru www.angellive.ru
But since I issue only for the domain, my mail is also a domain angellive.ru, but if for example I want to release for mail.angellive.ru then I can’t do it. Tell me who knows how to do this? Thank you

To add a certificate for mail domain from command line:

v-add-letsencrypt-domain user angellive.ru '' yes

That will add a certificate for your mail domain (mail.angellive.ru and webmail.angellive.ru)
