Did you enable DKIM support for your mail domain?
If your DNS is not managed by Hestia, you must add the right records to your DNS provider (the one mailgenius is talking about is mail._domainkey.YourDomain).
The content of those records can be extracted from Hestia, go to your mail domain, hover the mouse over the mail domain name and you will see a few icons, click on 4th icon (DNS Records)
And you will see the records you must add to your DNS provider (obviously, your values will be different).
No, what I said was that if Hestia manages the DNS for the domain, those records should be added automatically. Since that is not the case, you must manually add those records to your current DNS provider.
