I had the automatic updates turned off and i realized that a new version was available so i turn it back on, after backing up. I guess it updated but there’s this warning sign…
Shall i do something else?
run apt update && apt upgrade on your os, it should update properly.

i kind that don’t want to do that… bad experiences. But i guess i’ll have to if there’s no other way.

This will just run the system updates, just do not overwrite any config files (if asked), just take the default value. You should do this anyway from time to time to keep the system up to date..
