Then I suppose right now phpMyAdmin doesn’t work, righ?
exactly, it doesn’t work
Execute again the script:
/usr/local/hestia/install/upgrade/manual/migrate_phpmyadmin.sh
To remove phpMyAdmin you will need use the root password. Password can be found in /usr/local/hestia/conf/mysql.conf
Would you like to continue? [y/n]y

Thank you very much, and sorry for all the time you have spent helping me solve this problem.
Now if I upgrade to Debian 12, will I have the same problems or not?
You are welcome.
Who knows… Just in case, if you can, make a snapshot of your server.
What do you mean by this?
Usually, hosting providers allow to make a snapshot of your server, a backup of the entire server so if something goes wrong with an upgrade, you can always restore that snapshot.
Yes, that’s correct. I had already taken a snapshot before, and now I will take a new one with this update, thanks.
Debian 11 [bullseye] to Debian 12 [bookworm] upgrade process completed successfully
Again I’m having problems when doing apt update, now with Debian 12

Maybe your server is not configured correctly to use IPv6. Use these commands to update and upgrade:
apt -o Acquire::ForceIPv4=true update
apt -o Acquire::ForceIPv4=true full-upgrade
To avoid that warning message, edit /etc/apt/sources.list
and add non-free-firmware
to your deb lines, something like this:
deb http://deb.debian.org/debian bookworm main contrib non-free non-free-firmware
deb-src http://deb.debian.org/debian bookworm main contrib non-free non-free-firmware

Ok, the problem is not the ipv4 or ipv6, the problem is that the repository doesn’t have version 10.5 for bookworm, seems it also doesn’t have 10.6 for bookworm anymore, only version 10.11 or 11.x.
If your sites/apps can use mariadb 10.11, I would upgrade it but backup the current conf /etc/mysql/
and all your databases.
The sites are working fine, those that use mysql database are displaying the data stored in mysql tables correctly.
What I have noticed is that roundcube is giving an error:
An error has occurred
SMTP Error (451): Could not set recipient “[email protected]” (Temporary local problem - please try later).
Yes, but keep in mind that your current MariaDB version 10.5 won’t receive any update.
Try to send a mail again and check exim log:
tail -n20 /var/log/exim4/mainlog
But as you have updated from Buster (Exim 4.92) to Bullseye (Exim 4.94) and now to Bookworm (Exim 4.96) maybe your exim conf is not the right one.
What should I do in this case?
tail -n20 /var/log/exim4/mainlog

I would upgrade to version 10.11 but it should be great if you could test it in another machine before the upgrade, I don’t want your sites down because of this upgrade.
I think you are not using the right conf for the new Exim version. Do you use spamassassin, clamav, dovecot and sieve?
Honestly, I don’t know, I just installed Hestia and then created the user accounts, creating email accounts and that.
For now I am interested in solving the email problem, since I am not sending or receiving emails in any of the accounts.
