Upload the upgrade package in .zip format via the file manager and unzip it without overwriting the original file

I uploaded my upgrade package to the file manager, but after unzipping it, it does not overwrite the original file, how can I solve this problem?

We don’t develop the file manager.

Create an issue:

Or delete the original files first

On the FileGator website I only see that you can overwrite the original file when you upload it, but not when you unzip it.
