Users can't login on PHPmyadmin on graphical, but can login command line

Is there anyone who cannot access PHPMyadmin over graphical interface (www.mywebsite/phpmyadmin) but can access over command line?

Everything was fine until this morning. Interestingly, graphical interface doesnt allow to enter any user (even root). Reboot function doesnt work for this. Clearing cache neither. PHPmyadmin page doesnt give any error. It only returns back to login secreen.

How can we solve it?

I would like to report that:

When I changed PHP version from 8.3 to 8.2, it started to work. What a mass.

Yes, I started to reach phpmyadmin, but no one knows why it happened.
