When I do a: v-add-letsencrypt-domain myuser mydomain.com it works but the certificate does not take into account my alias declared in the right area: www.mydomain.com
What can I do?

web > select domain > edit > use lets encrypt > save
No, thanks, the right solution was to add a CNAME for www prefix in DNS my registar. My bad.
