every now and then I see that the database receives many calls. My control panel contains many domains, each domain is registered under a different user. I can’t figure out which domain (domain user) those calls came from. Is there a history under linux where I can see who generated these calls?

If your server rebooted around that time then RRD can cause such a spike and it is save to ingnore
No, the server did not restart.
Especially during the day we avoid restarting it.
So there’s no feature to see which domain caused the spike in calls to the database?

I know you can run SHOW FULL PROCESSLIST;
But It doesn’t work for in the past …
