hi, when you create users do they automatically get a default ftp login? or is the option to add ftp aditional users the option?
I ask cause if you make user1 the additional options makes user1_xxx, so is there a user1 ftp login that already exists?

Yes, a (s)ftp login will automatically been created for the user, if you want to add additional accounts, you can do this on web domain level - edit a domain and see the ftp accounts section below.
