I want to download site folder as a backup from my file manger but it gives unknow error even if I create zip file for the same folder same error occurs.
Need assistance in this case.
I can’t help you troubleshoot the file manager but you may use an ftp account to get the zip file and the command line to compress the folder.
What file do you want to zip
/web/domain.com might not work due to the permission settings with hestia.
Easiest method would be then create a backup and download the last backup…

How to set a permission for that. After downloading backup the domain site files are not in it.
