WEB_DOMAINS limit is reached upgrade user package

Hello,
I’m new to Hestia , I just finished my vps installation.
I wanted to add a new web and got this error :
Error: WEB_DOMAINS limit is reached :: upgrade user package

Any help ?

Create a new user to host the website on. For security the admin user should never been used for that
