What is the default config for it? I don’t see it in the hestiacp demo

It depends on the server’s available memory:

Less than 1.2 GB: /usr/local/hestia/install/deb/mysql/my-small.cnf
Between 1.2 GB and 3.9 GB: /usr/local/hestia/install/deb/mysql/my-medium.cnf
More than 3.9 GB: /usr/local/hestia/install/deb/mysql/my-large.cnf
