Where can I find my user and password info for phpmyadmin?

Apologies if this question is too basic. I am not the Admin of the Panel. I know how to find the info at /usr/local/vesta/conf/mysql.conf, however as an end-user of the HestiaCP what is the name of the file in File Manager/FileZilla that I have to navigate to?

Exactly where can I find the root password for phpmyadmin when I have an end user account and don’t have access to the root of the panel?

Passwords of users are always stored encrypted

And by default the users don’t have access to this folder.
