Error after update and overwrite

So, I updated via the terminal with: apt update && apt upgrade, and the thing is, I pressed Y to overwrite. I don’t know what I did, but now Apache2 and iptables are down, and the websites show Error 526.

The issue is, I followed the instructions from:

and they didn’t fix the error. In fact, one of the points about the file ports.conf.XXXX doesn’t exist—there’s nothing similar—and ports.conf only says:
# Powered by Hestia

In case you can help me, here’s the error log:

Thank

The Apache and Nginx configuration files have been rebuilt and the sites are up, but the iptables service is still down.

It also appears that the route redirection settings for some domains have been changed.

Now I have a question. Is it possible to rebuild the services? For example, PHP, APACHE, NGINX.
I give you the example of Directadmin and its “Custombuild” that allows you to rebuild all or individual services. Is something like this possible? Even via CLI?

Log in to port 8083 and click the settings button, if you find that iptables is not enabled click on it to start iptables, if an error occurs when it is enabled, it will be displayed

When you try to activate, it does nothing and does not start. It also does not show any errors.
