Okay then i dont really know what info you want
The server is a freashly install debian 9 and the installation is

bash hst-install.sh
typed the mail for admin
typed new.dom1.com
then rebooted
created user1 with domain (dom.com) (Alias www.dom1.com ,ftp.dom1.com) web dns mail
created user1 with domain (dom.com) (Alias www.dom2.com ,ftp.dom2.com) web dns mail
created user1 with domain (dom.com) (Alias www.dom3.com ,ftp.dom3.com) web dns mail
created user1 with domain (dom.com) (Alias www.dom4.com ,ftp.dom4.com) web dns mail
the server has 192.168.1.100
there is nothing more configure at all
from a windows pc the ip settings 192.168.1.101/netmask gateway and the dns 192.168.1.100
when i ping new.dom1.com i get the reply
when i ping www.dom1.com i dont get the reply this is the only thing that is not working
when i ping ftp.dom1.com i dont get the reply this is the only thing that is not working
when i ping www.dom2.com i get the reply
when i ping ftp.dom3.com i get the reply
All the others works fine
the bind have all the zones and they point to the home/dom1…2…3 config
and it should be working
but maybe somthing breaks when the the main server new.dom1.com has the same domain as user1 www.dom1.com
i can see it
