Setting up email for my site say [email protected]

Ok I tried to set up my email for my website but i dont see where you can add support for the website so it will be [email protected] i set up email but I think im missing something and the video I watch the email section looks different than my control panel. So can I set up email for my website or do I need something like a mailchimp ?

I watched a video and my control panel did not look like the video and it does not have a spot where I can do the support@ so if there something for the new control panel because the video must be from a older control panel or where can I read more on setting up a support email for my site.

In the emails tab,click add mail account, and then click advanced button. In Alias, add the accounts you want to add as say system email ids.

Example:

root

support

postmaster

blah-blah

Please note: these will work as catch-all for the alias emails under the main email account.
